Hello readers! Today’s post is wrapping up all the books I read for the Fall Into Reading-athon. I did pretty well during this readathon! I am just so amazed with how much I managed to read this much in general and how much of it was actually on my TBR.
What did you read for Fall Into Reading-athon or just this last week if you did not participate??

⭐⭐
The Book of Accidents fit the prompt to read something paranormal. I ended up DNFing this one. I made it about half through before I decided it just wasn’t for me. I was also reading this for a book club and a lot of them also DNF’d this book, so I don’t feel so bad about it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Beast fit the prompt for a competition AND a book with a fruit or beverage on the cover. This was probably the book with the least amount of plot of all the books, but I thought it was better than the previous installment.
I think I’ve realized I like romance books with a little drama and this one was filled with it. This may have been stretching the prompt, but I really wanted to get it onto the TBR.
Please let me know if you have read any series like these because I would love to try them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐
I finally got to this one. This is the 6th book in the Shopaholic series where Becky now has a small daughter. This one fit the prompt of an audio or ebook.
I was just so annoyed through the whole book. I really don’t like when books have really bratty children. Becky only made it worse and it drove me crazy.
This is the first book in the series, at least that I have noticed, that mentions Becky’s sex life and there is also quite a bit of cursing. It just made it all feel a bit more realistic. We have followed Becky from before she even met her husband and they never really showed any romantic or sexual aspects of their relationship.

⭐⭐⭐
This one counted for the prompt of white, orange, and/or yellow on the cover. It’s about a 12 year old girl named Ebony Grace. She is staying with her dad for a few weeks over the summer and trying to make some friends there. Most of the other kids are much more mature than her. She still wants to do kid stuff and play pretend and they don’t like that about her. These girls all have this group where they refer to one another as an ice cream flavor and they name Ebony Ice Cream Sandwich because they say she is vanilla on the inside.
I didn’t love this book, but I loved Ebony Graces character. She just loved science and wanted to live in her imagination and that made her a bit socially awkward, but I think that makes her really relatable. I just never know what to expect when reading Ibi Zoboi! I’m all over the place with liking and disliking her books.
