Hello readers! I’m back from my break with another WWW Wednesday post. I have been reading a lot this month, including reading one of my favorite books of the year.
I’m also prepping for Blogmas, which I think I’m going to do really different compared to 2020. I was going to do a post every day until Christmas, but I found myself putting in a lot of filler content that I didn’t really want to post for the sake of having a post. Instead, I plan to do a post every other day for the entire month.
If you don’t know, WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme created by Taking On a World of Words where you share what you have read recently, are currently reading, and will read next. You can do this EVERY week, or as often as you like.

I started listening to Arsenic and Adobo last night. I’m only 3 chapters in so far. It is a cozy mystery series about a woman trying to save her family’s restaurant.
I just had a feeling this might be on the Goodreads Choice Awards this year and I would like to read most of the books in the mystery and thriller category.

Rise of the Isle of the Lost is the 3rd book in the Descendants series. I’m just happy to be nearly done with this series. They are quick reads and easy to get through, but I’m ready to be done with them.
I just think the concept of villains’ and heros’ children is such a good one and executed really well in this series. I wish they could’ve made one last movie for the last book, but I can see why that would never happen.

I only managed to read one Cirque Du Freak book last month, meaning I have 6 left within the next month and a half to get through. I really want to finish the series reread this year and move on to other works by Shan. It continues to be one of my favorite series I’ve ever read, but it is taking me too long to get through.
