All the Series I’ve Finished Part 5: Blogmas Day 6

Hello readers! I know this post is coming a bit late in the lady, but just know I have COVID right now. I haven’t been sick like this in probably a decade. However, I’m not letting it stop me from doing Blogmas!

I am both happy and sad to have finished this series! I was reading it for the last 4 years and was ready to move on from it. However, I was getting really emotional reading that last book. The last one was honestly the best one, in my opinion. I hope Kinsella writes something else from Becky in the future.

I read all 7 of these books in about 10 days this year. I had been dabbling a bit in cozy mysteries this past few years, but this is the first one I really loved. It just had characters I really loved reading about.

The cozy mysteries I had read before this had very flat characters. This one just didn’t. I’m sure there are many more out there as good as this one and I’m excited to find them in the future.

I read this duology in September. I enjoyed these books and the references. I enjoyed the characters and their development. In the end, I really discovered I am so tired of reading/watching this autistic savant character. I’m so tired of that stereotype.

However, I did enjoy reading both books and I especially enjoyed the ending of book 2. Is it realistic? No, but I still enjoyed it!
