Hello readers! February is approaching and that means it’s time to discuss a few books I want to get to next month. My reading went really well in January and I’m hoping to keep up the trend.

For Buzzwordathon (VERB), I have Finlay Donovan is Killing It. I have been wanting to read this for a long time and I am hoping to read ALL three books this month. It may be a stretch because the wait time for book three is crazy, but I am still hopeful.
This one is a mystery following Finlay Donovan, whose life is falling apart. She is overheard describing her newest novel to her agent and is mistaken for a hitman. She somehow ends up with a contract to kill someone’s husband and is wrapped up in a murder investigation.
It sounds chaotic from beginning to end and I’m here for it!

On Air With Zoe Washington is the sequel to From the Desk of Zoe Washington which comes out on Valentine’s Day. I am first in line on Libby, so I will for sure get it this month.
The first book follows Zoe, who learns her dad has been in prison her entire life. She gets a letter from him on her twelfth birthday saying he is innocent, and she is determined to prove he is.
This series is also being adapted into a TV show on Disney, so keep your eyes peeled for that, too!

I found out this book is coming out about a week ago and I’m feeling the hype. My parents always watched the Duggar cult when I was a kid and I’m interested to see what one of them has to say every time they are in the media.
This one is about how Jinger found a balance in her religion. Once she became an adult, she realized that religion doesn’t have to center around fear.

This is a YA written in verse mixing the topic of depression and magic. The story involves two people finding out they have the same type of magic and they venture through this forest together.

I’ve been wanting to read ‘Finlay Donovan’ because I’ve heard so many good things about it. ‘We Are All So Good At Smiling’ sounds really good so I’ve added it to my TBR. Hope you enjoy you February reads.
