End of Year Book Tag (2022 edition)

Hello readers! Today’s post is a tag that I did do last year and I’m super happy to do again! This tag was created by Booktuber Ariel Bisset many years ago and many people do it every year.

Let me know down below how your reading goals are going! I am doing much better on mine these last two months, but 2022 is not best year. However, let’s jump in!

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

I started A Clash of Kings this month and am about 200 pages in. I just got distracted from it for other books, but I do hope to finish it within the year.

I LOVE Game of Thrones and have been watching House of the Dragon. Let me know what you think of the TV show! It’s really started heating up in that last episode.

Do You Have an Autumnal Book to Transition to the End of the Year?

This is another one I started already, but I didn’t get far in. The perfect book for the spooky season is all about Ghosts! So far, the book has only been about the team, not ghosts, but I know that will be to come.

Is There a New Release You’re Still Waiting For?

If I only read one other 2022 release this year, I hop it is this one! A Very Merry Bromance is the last book in the main Bromance Book Club series. I LOVE this series and cannot wait to get more of it. I cannot wait to see what the author does next, but I will always miss this group.

What Are Three Books You Want to Read Before the End of the Year?

Is There a Book You Think Could Still Shock You and Become Your Favorite Book of the Year?

I don’t know of a specific book that could be my potential favorite of the year, but I am hoping it would be a scifi book. I have been getting into scifi a lot this year and I hope one of my favorites would be within the genre.

Have You Already Started Making Reading Plans for 2023?

Yes, I have! I have even started the post for my goals of 2023. I’ve been planning out Blogmas for a month or so now and I started a few posts to help my future self.

At this point, I am planning to post every other day, on even days of December, and my 2023 reading goals are on the 8th. I have all the posts scheduled except 3 of them. So, everything could get jumbled around.

Last year I got so overwhelmed with Blogmas and canceled it last minute, so I am over-prepared this year.
